All Sales Are Final
All payments made to Kelly J. Grace are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital products and downloadable resources
- Courses, trainings, and guided experiences
- Memberships and subscriptions
- Coaching programs and sessions
- Live or virtual events and workshops
- Trials, deposits, and installment payments
Once access is granted or a seat is reserved, no refunds will be issued.
Why We Have This Policy
First, we do not sell physical products. All of our offerings are digital, educational, or service-based and are delivered immediately upon purchase — or involve the reservation of time, personal support, and dedicated resources that cannot be recovered once committed.
Second, this policy exists to support follow-through and integrity.
Spiritual growth — whether in your role as a parent, in your marriage, or in your personal faith — requires more than good intentions. It requires engagement, reflection, and the willingness to implement what you are learning in the real moments of your daily life. It can be easy to let busyness, self-doubt, or the pressures of family life crowd out the very work you committed to do.
This policy is part of how we honor the decision you made to invest in your growth and in the spiritual legacy you are building for your family.
Just as a reserved seat at a retreat or conference holds value whether or not you choose to attend, the content, community, and personal support reserved for you carries real worth — independent of your level of participation.
Responsibility for Results
We are deeply committed to the quality, care, and Biblical integrity of everything we offer. That said, spiritual growth and transformation are not guaranteed outcomes.
Your results depend on your engagement, your willingness to do the implementation work, and the individual circumstances of your life and family. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you engage with the content, tools, and support provided — and that the work of application belongs to you.
